How billing works
One throughput total across your network.
Each agent contributes the traffic rate of its busiest port. We add those rates across your network and use the 95th percentile over the billing month to measure billed throughput. Every tier includes unlimited sites and agents, with the same full platform.

We sum the busiest-port traffic rate from each agent across your network and take the 95th percentile over the billing month. Your tier sets the ceiling for that billed throughput.
02Can I move between tiers?
Yes. Contact us to arrange a tier change as your throughput needs change. Your sites, agents and full platform stay together.
03What if I need more than 10 Gbps?

04Can we buy the hardware from you?
Yes. We ship a preconfigured Axon box straight to your site: plug it in, it enrolls itself over the private management network, and it starts reporting. Prefer commodity hardware you already own? That works too.
